Total Permanent Disability :

A: loss of 2 or more limbs at or above wrist or ankle

Or

Loss of 2 eyes

Or 1 eye 1 limb combination.

B: unable to do 3 of the 6 daily living activities

1)Eating
2)Bathing
3)Go toilet
4)In n out of wheelchair
5)Dressing
6)Mobility
